NAUTYLUS aims to work as closely as possible with its clients in order to tailor its activities to meet the ever-increasing and diverse needs.
With headquarters in Jakarta, NAUTYLUS has established regional presence in various countries across South East Asia (SEA) regional. In 1997, originally named PT JASA SARANA GRAHA, the Company was set up to meet rapid growing demand in Building construction services in Jakarta.
We worked for 3 years in partnership with SUEZ and JAYA GROUP to address high rise buildings market that was still in its infancy, along wi th Hotels, Malls and Condominiums In 2002, NAUTYLUS was established to operate its own Interior Fittings production in Java . The products are currently distributed in Northern Europe, including France.
Bali
In 2014, NAUTYLUS set up a new design and construction entity in Bali to serve the building construction upmarket until NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR such as in Sumb a and Rote Island where NAUTYLUS has started Residential and Resort projects.
Sumba Island
2016 – We are currently in charge of the Architectural Design of a new Villa styled Resort located in the beautiful Marosi Beach in Lamboya
Rote Island
2014 – Nautylus performed the Building Structural Analysis and MEP Design for a Villa styled Resort located not far from the famous Nembrala beach. Resort is under construction at the moment.
